Youthful dark red in colour with black tinged edges and a vibrant purple red hue. Freshly crushed cherry and raspberry aromas are followed by a whiff of violets with some fresh herb notes also evident. Light and fruity but possessing good intensity the palate is awash with crunchy cherry and ripe raspberry fruits which mix with earthy anise, infusions of fresh herbs and spice. Bright edgy acidity with slightly chalky tannins and a simple yet delicious finish.
