Brilliant pale straw colour with distinct highlights of green around the edges and a watery hue. Grapefruit and citrus aromas mix with delicate biscuit, wet slate and gun flint notes. Fleshy nectarine and grapefruit flavours decorate the vibrant palate with some citrus and gun flint elements lying underneath. Lively acidity with an energised minerally oyster shell like laced finish.
