2021 Terra Strofilia Passage Savvatiano

Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Aromas of lime, lemon and Granny Smith apple infused with a mix of wet slate and saline like notes are trailed by some Mediterranean herb like characters. Crunchy green apple and lime flavours are underscored by zesty mineral infused acidity and infusions of fresh herbs. Taut, linear feel. Finishes dry and flinty with a refreshing saline like aftertaste.
