2021 Tenafeate Creek Wines One Tree Hill Basket Press Cabernet Sauvignon

Matured in new and seasoned French oak barrels for 12 months. Dense inky black dark purple colour with a very deep dark purple black hue. Pronounced red to black currant and mulberry aromas mix with cedary tobacco characters, black olives, dried herbs and spice. Rich blackcurrant and mulberry flavours infused with black olives and cedary tobacco characters are followed by infusions of bay leaf and spice. Firm sturdy yet balanced tannin structure concluding long, generously fruited and laced with spicy bay leaf.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
