Certified organic with maturation taking place in seasoned French oak barriques for a period of 10 months. Deep dark red black core with a vibrant dark red hue. Spicy dark raspberry and liquorice aromas intermix with scorched earth, hints of graphite and peppered herbs. Juicy dark raspberry, liquorice and dark cherry fruits are underscored by earthy graphite like characters and peppered dried herbs. Good intensity with a fresh finish, slightly chalky tannins and a peppery aftertaste.
