2021 Talis Pinot Grigio

Brilliant very pale straw colour with a greenish tinged outskirts and watery hue. Aromas of lime and green apple mix with some pear skin and wet slate notes. Pear, lime and crunchy green apple flavours slip across the palate underscored by slatey mineral elements. Finishes dry with crisp acidity and a zingy aftertaste.
Drink over the next year.
