Brilliant water like core with a distinct greenish tinge around the outskirts. Nosing offers up lime juice, lemon and green apple aromas followed by some chalky talc and flinty mineral notes. Tangy lime juice flavours drive the palate with lemon and green apple also chiming in over a chalky sherbet like background. Finishes dry with racy acidity and a sour edged aftertaste.
