2021 St Mary’s House Block Cabernet Sauvignon

Aged in French oak. Dense inky black colour with a very deep dark red black hue. Lifted ripe blackcurrant aromas intermix with cigar box, black olive, dusty earth and bay leaf notes. Rich blackcurrant and liquorice fruits are layered across the full bodied palate with terrific intensity. Firm, structured tannins with notions of cigar box, black olive, earth and touches of bay leaf also evident. Finishes with loads of black fruit and a robust feel.
