Biodynamically farmed and aged in amphora on lees for 10 months. Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Ripe apricot and peach scents are welded to honeysuckle, ginger and spice notes. Texturally full yet fresh the palate is filled with luscious apricot and peach fruits which sit over subtle honeysuckle and ginger spice elements. Finishes dry with brisk acidity and a lively yet texturally rounded aftertaste.
