2021 Soho Peggy Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant very pale straw in colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Herbaceous gooseberry, lime and passionfruit aromas intermix with some herbaceous grassy asparagus and mineral notes. Both highly refreshing and concentrated the palate is flooded with snappy gooseberry and passionfruit like flavours. Finishes dry with crisp acidity and some lingering herbaceous grassy and mineral characters on the long aftertaste.
