The Wrattonbully terroir is blessed with a soil profile of Terra Rossa over limestone which produces wines with great fruit depth yet also elegance.
Dense black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Lifted aromas of blackcurrant and mulberry infused with black olive and tobacco are trailed by dusty cedar and hints of bay leaf. Rich fleshy textured blackcurrant and mulberry fruits are delivered with terrific concentration over a back drop of vanillin cedar, tobacco, earthy black olives and bay leaf. Fine grained tannins with a long and juicy yet finessed finish.
