A blend of 90% Shiraz and 10% Mataro with 10% whole bunch fruit included. Inky black heart with a deep dark purple black hue. Spicy dark plum and liquorice aromas mix with dried herbs, earth and pepper. Medium bodied the palate shows some flesh but lacks concentration and depth. Savoury spicy dark plum and liquorice fruits overlay dusty earth and peppered dried herbs. Finishes fresh with fine grained tannins and a lacklustre aftertaste that’s a touch lean in its feel.
