Brilliant water like colour with a subtle greenish tinge around the outskirts. Zesty passionfruit, herbaceous gooseberry and citrus aromas jump out of the glass with cut grass and capsicum notes also evident. Intense passionfruit and ripe gooseberry flavours are underscored by crunchy acidity with some grassy asparagus and capsicum elements sitting on the back palate. Tangy feel finishing dry with a crisp citrusy mineral infused aftertaste.
