2021 Skillogalee Riesling

Brilliant very pale straw colour with a distinct tinge of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. Intense lime and citrus aromas jump out of the glass followed by orange rind, talc and chalky mineral notes. Crunchy lemon and lime flavours fill the mouth with notions of granny smith apple, orange rind, chalky talc and flinty mineral characters also chiming in. Finishes very dry, steely and taut with crisp acidity and a long precise laser like aftertaste.
Drink over the next 6-8 years.
