From the D'Aloisio vineyard in Seville and planted in the 1990s. Whole-bunch pressed and fermented in French puncheons (5-10% new). A bright green gold. Immediately appealing with its aromas of jus- ripened white peach, together with some orange blossom and a little struck match. A good balance: relaxed and approachable now, but not lacking structure or backbone. Drink 2022 - 2027
