Certified organic. Deep dark red black tinged colour with a dark red hue. Aromas of dark cherry and liquorice are followed by some clove, scorched earth and peppered meat notes. The elegant medium bodied palate features blackpepper infused flavours of dark cherries, liquorice, scorched earth and dried meats. Energetic acidity and fine grained tannins with a savoury mid length finish.
