Brilliant water like colour with greenish tinged edges. A flourish of green apple, pear and lime aromas infused with fresh herbs greets the nostrils with some faint honeysuckle notes in the background. Crunchy green apple and lime fruits are to the fore with infusions of fresh herbs and stony mineral characters ensuing. Texturally smooth mid palate finishing dry and fresh with an elegant conclusion.
