Impenetrable inky black heart with a very deep dark red black hue. Potent black plum, liquorice and black cherry aromas are interwoven with vanillin oak, earthy mocha like notes and spice. Rich and opulent, the weighty palate is laden with lush black plum, liquorice and dark chocolate flavours which meld into a vanillin cedar, earthy fennel and spicy mocha back drop. Robust yet well integrated tannin structure. Long, lavish conclusion.
