Light and supple with a lick of freshness to the savoury mid length finish.
Matured for 15 months in seasoned oak barrels. Semi translucent red to dark red colour with a brick red tinged hue. Red to dark cherry, strawberry and rhubarb aromas intermix with brambly dried herb like notes, forest floor and spice. Light and supple, the palate features juicy dark cherry, strawberry and rhubarb flavours over a bramble, earth and spicy dried herb back drop. Velvet smooth tannins with a lick of freshness to the savoury mid length finish.
