2021 Route du Van Yarra Valley Pinot Noir

Semi translucent dark red colour with black tinged edges and a light red hue. Emanating from the glass are spicy dark cherry and strawberry aromas which intermix with forest floor, subtle dried meats and spicy cedar. Light in body with a supple feel, the palate features a savoury flavour proile of dark cherries, strawberries, forest floor, a subtle meatiness and spicy cedar. Fine polished tannin structure with a medium to long conclusion that shows good refinement.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
