Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Aromas of pear and green apple mix with hints of lime, fresh herbs and minerals. Delicate pear and green apple flavours overlay wet stone and infusions of herbs. Finishes dry and minerally with brisk acidity and an elegant saline like aftertaste.
