2021 Ross Hill Jack Shiraz

Deep dark red black tinged colour with a dark red hue. Aromas of blackberry, dark chocolate and liquorice mix with vanillin oak and spicy earth notes. Medium bodied the palate features fleshy blackberry and dark chocolate flavours over vanillin oak, earth and spicy clove. Polished tannins concluding with a mid length spicy clove and dark chocolate driven aftertaste.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.

Red cherry concentrate with sweet baked rhubarb and raspberry jam with vanilla essence and clove studs. A mocha cream and a hint of picked thyme, medium weight with a touch of amaro bitterness on the finish. A succulent shiraz with intrigue. Drink by 2032.
