2021 Rippon Gewurztraminer

Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Lifted aromas of ripe pear, lychee and honeysuckle are followed by some rosewater, Turkish delight and subtle ginger spice. On the rich, lusciously textured palate lychee, pear and musk flavours overlay honeysuckle, subtle Turkish delight and ginger spice characters. Combining concentration with freshness it has a slightly off dry finish, lively acidity and a long delectable aftertaste.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
