2021 RieslingFreak No. 2 Polish Hill River Riesling

Brilliant water like core with greenish tinged edges. Leaping from the glass are intense lime and citrus aromatics which are followed by green apple, talc and subtle mineral notes. Zippy lemon and lime juice fruits race across the palate underpinned by a very precise line of acidity which gives the wine a tightly coiled feel. Granny smith apple, chalky talc, orange rind and flinty mineral characters ensue. Finishes very dry with a fresh crunchy aftertaste.
Drink over the next 6-8 years.
