2021 Ravensworth The Long Way Around Bianco

A blend of Trebbiano, Fiano and Pinot Grigio. Bright pale straw colour with a watery hue. Pear and red apple skin top notes are followed by citrus, light dried honey and fresh herb notes. Light and dry with a brisk feel, the palate features green pear, lime and red apple skin flavours which are underpinned by flinty mineral characters. Finishes with crisp acidity and a lively aftertaste.
