2021 Prophet’s Rock Rocky Point Pinot Noir

Deep dark red colour with black shaded edges and a dark red hue. Elevated spicy black cherry and anise aromas are intermeshed with dried meat like notes, scorched earth and dried herbs. Generous black cherry and anise flavours carry a fleshy feel over a back drop of smoky cedar, earthy dried herb and dried meat characters. Spicy finish with polished yet sturdy tannins and a bright meaty dark to black fruited aftertaste.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
