Other Reviews....
Darrin Gaffy ferments his six pinot noir clones separately (that seems to be a lot of extra work) then blends them to make up this estate wine, which is delicious. It’s packed with flavour yet not a big wine as the vibrant acidity takes centre stage. The chorus is all spiced red cherries, charred radicchio, amaro and blood orange, so it’s mouth-watering and refreshing at the same time. Just medium bodied, tannins are silky fine and the acidity drives this to a resounding finish. Moreish to the last drop. Drink 2022 - 2031.
