A field blend of 50% Syrah, 30% Petit Verdot and 20% Nebbiolo. Dense inky black core with a dark red hue. Inky blackberry, liquorice and dark cherry aromas intermix with earth and spicy leather notes. Juicy yet inky in its feel the palate sports fresh morello cherry, red liquorice and freshly crushed blackberry fruits over an earthy back drop of leather and spice. Bright acidity and muscular tannins lend freshness and grip to the vibrant mid length finish.
