Fragrant aromatics and juicy red fruits framed by a stern tannin structure.
100% whole bunch fermented. Semi translucent red to dark red colour with black toned edges and a light brick red hue. Fragrant red cherry, rose petal, red liquorice and raspberry aromatics are intertwined with dried herbs, earth and spice. Juicy red to dark cherry, red liquorice and raspberry fruits are framed by a stern tannin structure. Lingering through the back half are dried herb and spicy earth nuances. Bright acidity with a grippy feel to the savoury conclusion.
