Dense midnight black heart with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Expressive blackcurrant and mulberry aromas fill the nostrils complimented by cedary tobacco, dried herb, brambly earth and spice notes. Rich, bold and velvety textured the palate delivers concentrated blackcurrant, liquorice and mulberry fruits over a cedary tobacco, dried herb and brambly spice infused back drop. Very fine grained tannins. Possessing a ripe, fleshy texture, it shows ample power and depth finishing long and spicy.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
