Brilliant very pale straw colour with a distinct ring of green around the edges and a watery hue. Lemon, lime and granny smith apple scents mix with chalky talc and flinty mineral notes. Racy lemon and lime flavours meld into crunchy green apple, wet steel and mineral characters. Dry finish with crisp acidity providing plenty of zip to a tangy aftertaste.
