2021 Pipers Brook Estate Riesling

Brilliant water like colour with a faint tinge of green around the outskirts. Zesty lime and lemon aromas are followed by Granny Smith apple and steely mineral notes. Searing acidity underpins a zippy flavour profile of lime and lemon. Crunchy green apple, wet steel and flinty mineral characters ensue. Finishes dry and very crisp with a tense razor sharp aftertaste.
