Fermented then matured for 10 months in French oak barriques of which 30% were new. Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Attractive white peach, nectarine and dried honey aromas intermix with hints of crème brulee, nougat and spicy cashew. Rich, fleshy textured white peach and ripe nectarine fruits are married to toasty oak, dried honey and spice elements. Nicely balanced acidity with a toasty cream tinged conclusion.
