Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Zesty scents of green apple and lime are trailed by faint fresh herb and flinty mineral notes. Racy lime zest and Granny Smith apple flavours overlay a wet slate and flinty mineral back drop. Finishes dry and very crisp with laser like acidity imparting a snappy feel.
