Semi translucent dark red colour with black tinged edges and a bright red hue. Pleasing notes of violet, red cherry and winter strawberry are followed by hints of stalk, light forest floor and fresh herbs. Light in body the palate has a tasty flavour profile of juicy red cherry and winter strawberry fruits over subtle anise, infusions of fresh herbs and spice. Polished tannins with a bright, savoury mid length conclusion.
