Certified biodynamic and organic. Dense inky black in colour with a youthful dark purple hue. Fragrant red liquorice, plum, violet and blueberry aromas are trailed by some spicy earth and fresh herb notes. The palate is driven by rich fleshy blueberry, plum and liquorice flavours. Velvety yet fresh in its feel with infusions of fresh herbs, earth and spice also chiming in. Polished tannin structure with bright acidity lending plenty of energy to the long juicy blue fruited conclusion.
