2021 Paxton AAA Shiraz Grenache

Certified organic and biodynamic. Deep dark red black tinged colour with a dark red hue. Lifted black cherry and liquorice aromas mix with scorched earth, dried meat and blackpepper notes. Rich and succulent the palate is awash with black raspberry and liquorice fruits which overlay a scorched earth, vanillin spice and peppered meat back drop. Velvety tannins with a long plump and juicy conclusion laced with blackpepper.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
