Partially fermented and aged in French oak. Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Fresh peach and melon aromas are followed by some pear and spice notes. Fleshy peach, pear and melon fruits are underscored by lively acidity. Some citrus and spice ensues finishing dry with a brisk fruit driven aftertaste.
