2021 Patrick Two-Blocks Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon

Rich, concentrated and full in body with opulent fruit backed by a sturdy structure.

Matured for 18 months in oak. Impenetrable pitch black core with a very deep dark red black tinged hue. Intense blackcurrant, liquorice and mulberry scents waft through the nostrils followed by some dark chocolate, vanillin cedar, subtle earthy tobacco and spice notes. Rich, concentrated and powerful, blackcurrant, liquorice and mulberry fruits are layered across the full bodied palate with a degree of opulence. Vanillin cedar, earth, tobacco and subtle bay leaf accents sit in the background. Sturdily built yet velvet like tannins with a long, bold, deeply fruited finish.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
