Cabernet Sauvignon matured for 8 months in used French oak puncheons. Bright semi translucent red colour with a light red hue. Fragrant spiced cherry and red raspberry scents mix with red liquorice and subtle dried herb like notes. Deliciously fruity ripe cherry and red raspberry flavours overlay an earthy dried herb and spice back drop. Supplely textured it shows excellent intensity finishing with a juicy red fruited aftertaste.
