2021 Passing Clouds Pinot Noir

Bright dark red colour with black shaded edges and a youthful red purple hue. Fragrant violet led scents of freshly crushed cherries, plum and strawberries meld into some subtle earthy anise and fresh herb notes. Juicy and vibrant the palate is layered with inky red to dark cherry, red plum and strawberry fruits which are underscored by some anise and infusions of fresh herbs. Lively acidity with polished tannins and a delicious red fruited aftertaste that’s brimming with a youthful freshness.
