2021 Parker Coonawarra Estate Terra Rossa Cabernet Sauvignon

Fruit was sourced from eight individual blocks from Parker Coonawarra Estate’s Abbey vineyard located in Southern Coonawarra and maturation took place in French oak of which 40% was new for a period of 12 months.
Totally opaque black dark red core with a dark red hue. Uplifted aromas of blackcurrant and mulberry infused with a mix of black olives and tobacco are followed by some spicy cedar and dried herb notes. Rich red to black currant and mulberry fruits are layered across the medium bodied palate complexed by cedary tobacco characters, dried herbs and spicy black olives. Beautifully integrated, fine grained tannins lend a polished feel to the long refined conclusion.
