Barrel fermented and matured for 9 months in oak. Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Pronounced nectarine and ripe peach scents jump out of the glass followed by melon, faint dried honeysuckle, biscuity oak and spice notes. Fleshy nectarine, melon and peach fruits drive the palate underscored by citrusy acidity, light biscuity oak and spice. Finishes fresh with a deliciously fruity aftertaste.
