Bursting out of the glass are passionfruit, ripe gooseberry and green apple scents followed by some light herbaceous and mineral notes. The palate features an intense flavour profile of passionfruit, lime and green apple over a herbaceous grassy back drop. Crunchy acidity finishing long and scrumptious.
