Brilliant water like colour with a faint tinge of green around the edges. Scents of green apple, pear and lime are followed by fresh herbs. Very light and fresh with spritely acidity giving the palate a tingly feel, Granny Smith apple and lime fruits are underpinned by notions of green pear and minerals. Finishes with an elegant zesty freshness.
