Brilliant very pale straw colour with a light tinge of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. Intense pear, lime and apple scents jump out of the glass with subtle fresh herb and stony notes ensuing. The energetic palate is bursting with crunchy pear, lime and red apple fruits which have a back drop of fresh herb infusions and slatey mineral characters. Finishes dry with zesty acidity and a snappy mineral laced aftertaste.
