2021 Palliser Estate OM Santi Vineyard Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw colour with a faint tinge of green around the edges and a watery hue. Intense ripe peach and nectarine fruits dominate the nose followed by some dried honey, crème brulee, biscuity oak, nougat and oyster shell notes. Rich fleshy white peach, ripe nectarine and dried honey flavours are full and creamy in their feel. Crème brulee, biscuity nougat and subtle cashew elements ensue. Powerful and opulent it finishes long, fresh and flinty.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
