Brilliant very pale straw colour with a faint tinge of green around the edges and a watery hue. Lifted lime and green apple aromas infused with fresh herbs are followed by some wet stone notes. Refreshing pear, green apple and lime fruits have a nicely rounded feel with some wet slate elements lying underneath. Finishes dry with crisp acidity and a zippy aftertaste.
