2021 Pacha Mama Pinot Noir

Matured for 10 months in 20% new French oak with the balance in 2-6 year old French oak barriques. Semi translucent red heart with black tinged edges and a light red hue. Pretty violet, red cherry and strawberry scents are delivered with ample intensity followed by some subtle forest floor, fresh herb and spice notes. Lightly weighted, delicious cherry and strawberry fruits decorate the palate carrying a supple feel with them. Delicate forest floor, dried herb and spicy cedar elements are the undercard. Good freshness and polished tannins with a savoury red fruited conclusion.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
