Brilliant water like colour with a faint tinge of green around the edges. Intense lime and green apple scents are followed by orange rind and citrusy mineral like notes. Crunchy lemon and lime flavours have a zesty feel underpinned by wet steel and flinty mineral characters. Finishes dry and very crisp with some tension to the taut aftertaste.
